Lama's are warming up for the summer ! Last weekend Christophe and Anthony went to Domburg in the Netherlands together with Lara and Federico to have their first surf sessions of the season !
Early wake up at 6am and at 8.30 the crew was ready for a small local breakfast ! After a couple of croissants everyone got put on their wetsuit and we jumped into the cold water.
For Christophe it was his first time surfing in his life. The waves weren't really good but everyone was super motivated ! After some intructions from surfing coach Federico and a couple of nice wipe-outs Christophe managed to surf his first wave.. "why have I never done this before, this is epic !" was the first thing he said when he got out of the water.
Meanwhile Federico and Anthony tried to catch as many waves as possible.. Quite a good fight to find good waves but in the end it turned out to be a really good session !
So sick, everyone was stoked ! we got out of the wetsuits and went to the nearby town to buy some food for the barbeque we still had planned !
Some good hamburgers, steaks, chicken, good music, chilling on the beach near the fire and a beer with good friends while watching a sick sunset ! life can't get much better than this !
